RAILROAD COMMISSIONER  
EDWIN O. EDGERTON (Republican) was born in Yreka, California, January 8, 1876; 
educated in the common schools and University of Southern California; admitted 
to the bar in 1898; practiced law eleven years in Los Angeles, California; 
became secretary of Municipal League March, 1909; appointed member of the State 
Railroad Commission March 13, 1912.
