INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT BOARD
WILL J. FRENCH (Republican) was born at Auckland, New Zealand, August 13, 1871; 
he received a public school education, and is a printer and journalist, with 
residence at Oakland, Alameda County; is a former editor of the San Francisco 
Labor Clarion, and a past president of the San Francisco Labor Council and the 
Typographical Union, No. 21, of San Francisco.
