STATE BOARD OF CONTROL
W. H. HUMPHREY (Republican) was born in Charles City, Iowa, in 1862. He was 
educated in the public schools of Iowa and at the University of Iowa. Is an 
attorney at law. Appointed member of Boar of Control by Governor Johnson August 
28, 1912.
