The marriage of Miss Soila T. Marron, daughter of Juan Marron, and Samuel B. 
Ames was solemnized by Father O’Keefe at the San Luis Rey mission church 
Saturday forenoon, only a few of the friends of the couple being present. Fred 
Hayes of the Hayes Land Company was best man, and Miss Laura Marron, a sister 
of the bride, was bridesmaid. Mr. and Mrs. Ames left on the noon train for San 
Diego where they will spend their honeymoon.
