I hereby certify that on the fourth day of April, 1942 at Huntington Park in the 
County of Los Angeles, State of California, under authority of a license issued 
by J. F. Moroney, County Clerk of said County, I, the undersigned, as a Lutheran 
Minister joined in marriage Edward Neal Stephens and Florence June Meadows in 
the presence of Rosalie Donsey residing at <snip>, and W. B. Scoggin residing at 
Los Angeles, California, who witnessed the ceremony.  I further certify that the 
foregoing is a copy of the original certificate of marriage of the parties
