Appeal Democrat August 12, 1966

Stegmere - Funeral services are scheduled Monday for Jack Stegmere, 52, a 
Marysville native and former resident of this area who died Wednesday in Angels 
Camp. He was a speech therapist and had been teaching in the Calaveras County 
School District for 2 years. He was the son of the late Marion and Elsie 
Stegmere, both natives of Sutter County and was a veteran of World War II. 
Survivors include a sister, Mrs Roy Blake of Daly City. Funeral services will 
be conducted Monday at 11 am at Ullrey Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in 
Sutter Cemetery.
