Boron Resident Passes
Mary Ann Adams, 68, resident of Boran Community for 21 years passed away at 
the Long hospital, Indianapolis, Ind., on July 18, 1950. Born July 3, 1881 
in Indiana the remains were returned to Mojave Sunday, July 23 for funeral 
services which were conducted by the O’Donnell Funeral Home, of Mojave at 1 
p.m. Monday, July 24 at the Community Baptist Church, of Boron with the Rev. 
Horton officiating. Interment followed at the Lancaster cemetery. She is 
survived by her husband, James F. Adams of Boron, a daughter, Mrs. Iris 
Rankin, Long Beach and sons, Orval of Long Beach; and Melvin D. of 
Bellflower, Calif.
