Edna J. Bashkov, Boron resident for many years, passed away in a Lancaster 
hospital on May 4, 1997.

Memorial services were held at the Lancaster Foursquare Church on May 8, 1997.

Edna is survived by her husband John N. of Boron; son Jon, Jr. of Boron; 
children Donald Slaughter and Darlene Mitustin both of Lancaster; sister 
Ann Roth of Downey; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Edna managed the Boron Senior Citizen's Thrift Shop for several years. 
She was a volunteer worker there. Her hobbies were reading playing bingo.

Edna will be missed by her many friends in Boron, especially at the BSCTS 
where she could be found every day.
