All persons donating to this site retain the rights to their own work. Source Unknown; 5 May 2005 Sandra “Sandy” Lowe Bolton, 61, of Mojave, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2005, at her home. She was born in Highland Park, Michigan, on June 16, 1943, but grew up in Johnson City, Tenn. She had resided in Mojave for twenty years. She was a daughter of the late Ned T. Lowe and the late Sarah Lochery Lowe. She was a 1960 graduate of Happy Valley High School in Johnson City. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by one brother, Ronald Lowe; one sister, Agnes Lowe; her aunt, Agnes “Auntie” Collins; and her long time companion, Art Sinclair. Survivors include her twin sister, Elizabeth “Billee” Lowe Munsey, of Johnson City; one brother, Felix Lowe, of Bluffton, S.C.; fifteen nieces and nephews. Also, a special friend, Jim Holland, of Mojave. Sandy loved animals, nature and her family and friends. A memorial service was held at Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church in Johnson City on Saturday, April 30, 2005, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to Unicoi Animal Humane Society, P.O.
