Bower Rites Set For Friday John Nicholas Bowers, 62, a resident of Mojave for a number of years, passed away at the Mojave hospital Tuesday morning at 8:10 a.m. He leaves to mourn him his wife, Seleta, and daughters, Mrs. Norma Jean Bokis, Mrs. Blanche English, Ruby English, Georgia Raynor, all of Mojave, and Mrs. Dorothy Moore, Redlands. Funeral services will be held at the Assembly of God Church Friday at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. Lloyd Wallace of Bakersfield officiating. Pallbearers have been named as follows: Bill Maxwell, Beeman Schrum, Jay Stoel, John Meily, George Stambook and Jolly Franklin. Vocalists will be Ray Pettit and Lucille E Glinz. and pianist will be Mrs. Schrum. Mr. Bowers was an employee of the Golden Queen Mine and had also been in charge of the Tower Cafe service station. The O'Donnell Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements,
