DILLMAN IS HEART VICTIM One of the best liked men in Mojave passed away on Monday morning of this week, when William Henry Dillman, 64, met death, the victim at heart disease. Mr. Dillman was at breakfast and apparently decided to turn on his radio in front of which his body was found by Mrs. May Coffill, owner of the apartment in which he lived, his breakfast uneaten. A retired Southem Pacific railway clerk, Mr. Dillman had been a resident of Mojave for the past ten years and was known as a kindly man ever willing to do anything he could to alleviate the sufferings of others. Other residents of the Coffill apartments will miss him since he was always doing something to make life more beautiful for them. It was he who trimmed the mammoth Christmas tree in the Coffill grounds and many of his friends expressed the wish that it be left until after New Years, little realizing that he would not be here to see it on New Years Day. He was born in Cheyenne, Wyo., and is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Furtadeo and Mrs. Willette Carroll, both of Oakland, Calif., two sisters, Mrs. George Buck of New Orleans, La., and Mrs. F. J. Kihm of Santa Monica, Calif, and four brothers, F'red Dillman of New Orleans, La., Col. George Dillman of Fort Sam Houston, Texas, Robert Dillman of Chicago, Ill., and Ernest Dillman of Detroit, Mich Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Mojave Funeral Chapel where services will be held at 10 o'clock this morning, Burial will take place in Union Cemetary at Bakersfield, this afternoon at 2 o'clock.
