Death was the result of a bad heart condition caused by either pneumonia following a severe intestinal operation. George was born 54 years ago in Duluth, Min. He is survived by a widow, Mrs. Marguerite Dugan, a daughter, Mrs. Marie Estelle Greeq of Bloomington, Calif., a sister Mrs. Gertrude Blaisdell of Long Beach, Calif. For several months he has been managing chef at the Mess Hall at Pacific Coast Mines. Before that he was chef for C. C. Moore Camp. Very much liked by his associates and fellow trailerites at Mine Trailer Park, we can all say of him - a Christian gentleman, friendly, cheerful and always pleasant to meet. He will be much missed among us. One of his loveable qualities was his love of animals and among his most sincere mourners is his dog Tuesday who does not know how she can get along without him and two cats, Boots and Pop Eye. It may seem to some a peculiar item to include here but George Dugan's big love for his wife, his dumb friends and his home are to me fine attributes that many might well envy him. We all mourn for George. Our sincere sympathy to Mrs. Dugan.
