Motorcyclist Dies of Accident
Harry Erkenoff, civilian employee at NOTS was riding his motorcycle last Saturday 
on Hwy 6 eight miles north of Mojave and attempted to pass an auto going in the 
same direction. As he pulled alongside the car a gust of wind caused him to lose 
control of his motor and he was forced into the side of the car sheering off his foot. 
O'Donnell's ambulance took him to Mojave hospital for first aid and on Monday, 
while on his way to a hospital in Los Angeles, he died.
