Source Unknown; 27 Jan 1955 Boron Pioneer Passes Away Esther Fay Hall, 53, passed away at her home near Boron on Jan. 19, after a short illness. She and her husband came to California in 1908 and spent most of that time in various places on the desert. She was born in Guthrie, Okla., on Jan. 19, 1902 and is survived by her' husband, Edward H. of Boron and also a sister, Mrs. Paul Chase, also of Boron. Surviving also is a brother, Charles L. Hannon whose address is unknown. Funeral services were conductei Saturday, Jan. 22, at 2:00 p.m. in the O'Donnell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fay O. King as Officiant. Interment was in Mojave Cemetery.
