Patricia Jean Henderson, a long-time resident of Boron, California, passed away 
on September 24, 2003 in Lancaster, California. She was born to parents Robert 
W. and Bernice R. Lane in Lansing, Michigan on July 20, 1924 and worked as a 
clerk typist. 
Patricia served two years in the Army Air Force from 1944 to 1946. She was also 
a member of the Arbutus Chapter #45, and Order of the Eastern Star in Lansing.
She was predeceased by her father Robert in 1980 and mother Bernice in 1985.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Bill Henderson of Boron, sons 
Michael L. Henderson of Storm Lake, Iowa, James S. Henderson of North Edwards, 
California; brothers, Robert A. Ferle of Sun City, Florida, Richard P. Ferle of 
Oakbrook, Illinois, daughter-in-law Karen A. Henderson of North Edwards, 
granddaughter Stephanie Rearden of Boron, 2 grandchildren, and 4 great-
grandchildren. 
Pastor Darrell Sparks conducted services on September 28. Place of internment 
was at Joshua Cemetery in Lancaster, California.
