Oct. 13, 1973 – Dec. 14, 2004
James Josef Jones passed away on Tuesday, 
Dec. 14, in Panorama City after a brief illness. 
He was 31 years old. 
James was born on Oct. 13, 1973 in Seoul, 
Korea. He lived in Northridge and worked as a 
route salesman. His interests included volleyball, 
bowling, cooking, and activities with friends and 
family.
Jim is survived by his parents, Ronald and Lily 
Jones of Tehachapi; brothers, Ronald and wife 
Karen of Phoenix, Ariz., Randy and wife Joan of 
Simi Valley; sisters, Sherrin and husband Bill 
Davis of Tustin, Jennifer and husband Joe Lister 
of Columbus, Ga.; and 10 nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held Saturday, Dec. 18, at 
Eternal Valley Mortuary Chapel and interment 
followed at Eternal Valley Memorial Park.
Jim was an important part of a loving family and 
will be deeply missed by them.
