AUTO COLLISION
Killed in an automobile which collided with a truck in Red Rock canyon on Feb. 
23, was John Robert Jones, 41, of Inyokern, who was employed by the Newberry 
Electric Co. Also injured was Daniel B. Hages of 1716 Richland Dr., Bakersfield, 
who was driving the death car.
The body is at the O'Donnell funeral Home mortuary pending an inquest which 
was held Wednesday at 2 p. m. The car which was south-bound, attempted to pass 
the truck and cut in too soon causing it to go out of control.
