BORON RESIDENT PASSES THURSDAY
Lawrence C. Mayhorn, 75, who was born in Pennsylvania and had spent the last 15 years in 
California, passed away suddenly at his home in Boron last Thursday, July 18, at 11:55 a. m.
For the past five years he had been employed at the Boron Food Market and is survived by his 
daughter, Mrs. Fanny Carba, 122 S. Venice Blvd., Venice, Calif.
Funeral services were held in the chapel of the O'Donnell Funeral Home with the Rev. Bailey in 
charge of the funeral services while Rachel Hodges sang and played the piano. The body was taken 
to Mountain View Cemetery crematory in San Bernardino for cremation
