Donald E. Nelson, a Lake View Terrace, California resident passed away on 
March 25, 2004 in Sylmar, California. Donald was born on June 27, 1931 in 
Velva, North Dakota and was a crane operator and a member of Local 12 Union. 
He served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his daughter, Sandi Hensley of Lancaster, California, brothers, 
Elmer Nelson of North Dakota, Arnie Nelson of California; sisters Agnes Joebgen 
of South Dakota, Esther Anhorn and Edith Alexander, both of California; 
grandchildren, Darin, Chip, Joel, Shane, Josh and Misty; great-grandchildren, 
Brandon, Ariana, Mandi, Brianna, Ciara, Tyler and Cassidty.
Services were held on March 27 with internment at Mojave Cemetery. Arrangements by 
Stickel Mortuary-Mojave.
