Eugene Anthony Palmasano, 74 year old North Edwards resident, passed away on March 10, 1996 in 
Lancaster after living in the desert area for 35 years.
Eugene, a heavy equipment operator, was retired from U. S. Borax Company in 1983. He was born in 
St. Louis, Missouri on May 1, 1921. In his youth, Eugene loved to ride rodeo bulls and paid his entry fees by 
singing country and western songs.
He is survived by his wife, Gertrude Palmasano, of North Edwards; his daughter Mary Beth Carey of 
St. Louis, Missouri; his sons Drew and David Palmasano of St. Louis, Missouri, Tony Palmasano ot 
Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Steve Palmasano of St. Louis, Missouri, and Joseph Ventimiglia of North 
Edwards.
He is also mourned by his eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
