Clarence V. Payne, 76, of  Mojave, CA passed away July 8, 1999 in Lancaster, CA.
Survivors include his wife Clarabelle, daughters, Connie Rae Brott and Marilyn Skelton, 
all of Mojave; sister Viola Hammer of Lusk, Wyoming; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-
grandchildren
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 20, 1999 at Rosamond 
Assembly of God Church. Internment of remains will be at Riverside National 
Cemetery. Arrangements by Olsen Funeral Chapel- Lancaster

MOJAVE — A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 20 at the Rosamond 
Assembly of God Church for Clarence V. Payne passed away on July 8 in Lancaster.
Mr. Payne is survived by his wife, Clarabelle, daughters Connie Rae Brott and 
Marilyn Skelton, all of Mojave, sister Viola Hammer of Lusk, Wyoming, seven 
grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Interment of remains will be at Riverside National Cemetery with Halley-Olsen 
Funeral Chapel of Lancaster in charge of arrangements.
