Source Unknown; Date Unknown Aug. 16, 1991 – April 16 2005 Services were held Wednesday, April 20, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 600 Anita Drive, for Cassandra Marie Pitts, 13, of Bear Valley, who passed away from a tragic accident on April 16. She was born Aug. 16, 1991 in Ogden, Utah to Oscar LaVar and Sandra Bernice Pitts. Cassandra was involved in community soccer, enjoyed dancing, going to church and fulfilling her calling as Beehive president in the LDS Church. Cassee loved everyone and will be greatly missed by the many people of each and every life she touched. She is survived by her parents, older sister Ashlee Bernice and two brothers, Oscar Ashton and Spencer Casey Pitts, all of Bear Valley; grandparents, Spencer and Carolyn Staley of St. George, Utah and Thayne, Wyo., and Reed and Barbara Bluemel of Fort Bridger, Wyo.; great-grandparents, Bernice Bates of Morgan, Utah, Ethel Pitts of Bonnerdale, Ariz., and Bud and Mary Clarke of Yuma, Ariz.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
