The two accidents In the PCB mine this past week brought a great deal of sadness to 
Boron. The death of Mr. Myrle Porter as he was preparing to erect timbers in the mine 
was followed last Friday with the loss of an eye by his partner, Mr. George McIntyre 
while he was on duty at the mine. Mr. McIntyre is reported to be getting along very 
well.
