Charles Leroy Potter of Mojave, passed away on December 31, 
1997, in Tehachapi. He was born in Blanchard, Oklahoma on August 
30, 1935, and had worked as a carpenter.
Charles is survived by his mother, Wanda Rolin of Lancaster, 
daughter, Cheryl Potter, son, Charles R. Potter, both of Mojave, 
brother, Harry Potter of Lancaster, and three grandchildren.
Services were held on January 8, 1998, at 11 a.m. at Stickel 
Chapel with Rev. Dwayne Rufener and Robert Dirby officating. Burial 
followed at East Kern Cemetery
