Source Unknown; Date Unknown 12/31/15 — 8/2/98 Charlotte Alberta Pullar of Albany died Sunday, August 2,1998 at Timberview Care Center. She was 82. The daughter of Ora Louis and Grace Mae (Tatro) Morlan, she was born and raised in Crookston, MN. She met Leon Emerson Pullar in Crookston and on October 9,1933 they were married there. Charlotte gave birth to eight children, six in Minnesota and two in Washington before the family settled in Boron, California. In'addition to raising her children, Charlotte taught Sunday School at the Boron Bible Church and cooked meals in a local cafe. After her husband Leon's death, in October of 1978, she lived with family members until she moved into Timberview Care Center where she resided until her death. Charlotte was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her free time was spend crocheting, sewing, reading and working with crafts. She was preceded in death by her husband Leon and daughter, Connie Lou (who died when 3 years old). Survivors include daughters, Linda Minefield of San Bernardino, CA, Lorretta Fairbrother of Newburg, OR, Joann Gordon of Albany, OR, Virginia (Ginger) Elwood of Tigard, OR and Jill Arroyo of Riverside, CA; sons, Wayne Pullar of Montesano, WA and Glenn Pullar of Albany, OR; 21 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 22 great- grandchildren, 12 step-great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, 1 step great-great grandchild, ,11 nieces and 5 nephews. Funeral services were held on August 4, 1998 at DeMoss-Durdan Garden Chapel. The Reverend Rob Tobey will officiate. A graveside service was held under the direction of Stickel Mortuary on August 7 at Kern Cemetery in Mojave, CA. The Reverend John Schmit officiated.
