Edward Walter Riggs, a long time resident of Mojave, passed away Monday, June 8, 
1998 at Antelope Valley Convalescent Home in Lancaster, CA from complications 
associated with a stroke. 
Mr. Riggs lived in the Moiave area since the early 1980's and moved 
here with his wife Joyce Elaine Riggs from the Indjo,CA area, where he 
worked in his own business as an auto repair mechanic. He was born in 
Harriman, TN on November 12, 1918 and was a U.S.Naval Veteran of 
World War II. |	\ \
He is survived by his brother| Clyde Riggs of Harriman, TN and Floyd 
Riggs located in the Cello Vista, CA area.	
He was interred at the Mojave, CA Cemetery beside his wife. He had been a resident 
of Carroll Manor Resident Care Home in Littlerock, CA for the last year.
