September 19, 1959 - February 22, 2003
Tammy was a long-time resident of the High Desert. She was born in 
Mojave and lived most of her life in Boron. For a short period she moved to 
Southern California only to return. Tammy was a graduate of Boron Jr./Sr. 
High School.
Tammy is survived by her husband Viktor David Skaggs Sr. of Boron, 
son Viktor Skaggs Jr. of Missouri, daughter Christine Skaggs and Andrew 
Ruben of Apple Valley, California; parents Bill and Gloria O'Dell of Boron; 
sisters Cheryl Ann Acosta of Boron and Gaye Lynne Sailer of Tehachapi, 
California nieces and nephews, Rachel Nunez of Grover Beach, California, 
Reuben and Cara Acosta of Lancaster, California, Phillip Acosta of Tinker 
Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and Melissa Acosta of Ridgecrest, California; 
great nieces and nephews, Jacob and Benjamin, Gabriel and Alyssa.
She was predeceased by siblings Timothy Lee O'Dell and Melanie Rae 
O'Dell.
