Cathie Jean Smith 54, passed June 20, 2006, in San Bernardino, Calif. Born April 7, 1952 in Long Beach, 
Cathie was a 10-year resident, the president of the Big Bear Computer Club for four years and made lots 
of friends here in the Valley.

She is survived by her husband, Larry, of Big Bear City; son Eric John Waddell of Monterey; daughter 
Trina Evonne Jaynes of Troutdale, Oregon; sister Judi Landreth of Long Beach and five, grandchildren, 
Brandon Michael, John Michael, Andrew Blake, Zachery Thomas and Benjamin Chage.
