Marie Wenda 83, passed Oct. 17, 2005, in Chino, Calif. Born May 20, 1922 in Toledo, Ohio, 
she graduated from Toledo School of Nursing and began her career as an Army nurse in WWII. 
She was happily married for over 50 years to Henry Wenda. She leaves three children, Mary 
Ann Thompson, Kathy Brody and William Wenda. Marie traveled the world and enjoyed living in 
Whittier, calif., Lake Tahoe, Nevada, chino Hills and big Bear lake, Calif. She will be 
buried next to her husband at Rose Hills Cemetery.
