Death Removes E. W. Hixson, 81
Emerson William Hixson, 81, farmer of the Franklin Corners district, died at the 
family home there Thursday morning following a long illness. He was a native of 
Michigan. Surviving are his widow, Mrs Lorena W. Hixson and the following children:
Mrs Alma B Longstreet, Garden Grove, Calif., Elmer W. Hixson, Mrs Mary Ziegler, 
Wilmer W. Hixson, Ray E Hixson, Yuba City and Mrs Marjorie Bodley of San Rafael. 
He also leaves two brothers, Wilbur S. Hixson, Yuba City, and Jason Hixson, Fortuna
and two sisters, Mrs Mary Hastings, Michigan and Mrs Frances Smith, Kentucky. 
Funeral arrangements will be made by the Jones funeral home.
