Howard Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow in Yuba City for Hershel H. Howard, 62, of 1312 Stafford Way, Yuba City, who died yesterday at Fremont Hospital. A native of Wagoner, Oklahoma, he had been a farmer and had made his home in this area for 24 years. He belonged to the Yuba City Methodist Church, Marysville Elks Lodge and Silver Trowel Masonic Lodge of Phoenix, Arizona. Survivors include hi wife, Blanche of Yuba City; a son, Harlon of Yuba City; two brothers, Ralph of Live oak and Paul of Inglewood; three sisters, Mrs Herbert Johnson of Wickenburg, Ariz., Mrs Lynn Bachman of Youngtown, Ariz., and Mrs Ray Fox of Harrisonburg, Va.; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow at 10 a.m. in Ullrey Memorial Chapel with Rev. Edgar Nelson of the Yuba City First Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be Monday at 9 a.m. in Sutter Cemetery. Memorials to the Heart Fund or the American Cancer Society have been suggested.
